Sizing exchanges

Wrong size, no questions. Reply to your order email (or write to hello@dogbandit.com) within 30 days of delivery, tell us the size you need, and we'll swap it.

Returns

Anything else, within 30 days of delivery: unworn, unwashed, and we'll refund the bandana to the original payment method once it's back with us.

Because every bandana is printed to order, we ask that you measure before you buy — it saves a round trip for both of us.

Damaged or wrong item

On us, always. Send a photo and your order number and we'll reprint or refund straight away — no need to send it back.

Retired designs

Each drop is one run. If the design you'd like to exchange into has sold out, we'll offer any live design in the same size, or a refund.
