Ordering

Prices are in US dollars and include the print; shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. A bag of two or more gets set pricing automatically. Your order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email — until then we can decline or cancel it, for instance if a design sold out between your click and ours.

Every bandana is printed to order, so please measure before you buy (the sizing guide takes a minute). Orders can be cancelled within a few hours of placing them, before they go on the press — reply to your confirmation email straight away.

Shipping, returns and exchanges

Covered in full on the shipping and returns pages, which form part of these terms: $5 flat US shipping, free over $50, 5–9 business days; 30-day returns; sizing exchanges, no questions.

The artwork

Every pattern is original work owned by Bandit. You're buying a bandana, not a licence: please don't reproduce the artwork, put it on other products or sell prints of it. Photos of your dog wearing one — post those everywhere, and tag us.

The obvious bits

A bandana is an accessory, not a collar or a restraint: never attach a lead to it, and take it off for unsupervised time, crates and swimming. Check the fit — two fingers of room — and stop using it if it frays.

We describe things as accurately as we can, but screens vary and prints are made by hand; small differences in colour aren't a defect. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA.
